Helping Hands Happy Hour: Mini Therapy Horses Minis 2 Love is a non-profit organization that uses miniature horses to provide emotional support to children and adults suffering from long-term illness, loss of a loved one, as well as those who are in crisis. They visit rehab and assisted living facilities to bring joy to residents' days and can also present programs for organizations and schools.

Business Connection Luncheon: Sarah Williams
Business Connection Luncheon: Sarah Williams Sarah Williams grew up in Grand Marais, Minnesota, and decided in 8th grade to join the military. With encouragement from a high school counselor, she attended the U.S. Air Force Academy, commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in 1997 with a degree in Management, and later earned a master’s in Organizational Human Resource Development. She built a career in aircraft maintenance, serving across five Major Commands and deploying in multiple operations, including Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. She later commanded squadrons at Grand Forks and Sheppard AFB, worked on Air Combat Command staff, and contributed to Joint Strike Fighter planning with partner nations. Sarah went on to serve as a deputy group commander at Beale AFB, an Observer/Trainer for the Joint Staff, and most recently as a logistics planner for USSOCOM, supporting 70,000 personnel and global operations. She is active in several military and community organizations and lives in Tampa, Florida, with her two German Shepherds, Blaze and Lucky.
